Our Proprietary Structural System

At the centre of the SFBS offering is a fully engineered wall build-up developed through decades of structural experience and tested against UK and European standards.

• 140mm cold-formed steel sections engineered for exceptional load capacity
• Rockwool insulation for high thermal and acoustic performance
• OSB structural sheathing for racking strength and rigidity
• Fibre cement boards for fire resistance and durability
• Flexible external finishes and cladding systems

Thermal performance starts at 0.18 W/m²K and can be engineered down to 0.12 W/m²K. Airtightness levels of 3 m³/hr/m² support energy-efficient and low-carbon building designs.

Residential & Commercial Delivery

Despite being early in our corporate timeline, SFBS already supports multiple live residential developments ranging from 4 to 15 units.

We also supply structural systems and materials to major commercial clients including Intelijet 360, Bocca Felice, Starbucks, Wendy’s, Popeyes, Amazon, HiQ and Greggs.
